Canine Nutritionist, NutriPets Founder
Hi there! I'm Julia, and this is Yuka, my Yakutian Laika! I am Brazilian-Dutch girl living in Canada, and my passion has always been animals, ever since I remember. My journey started at zoology, I wanted to know all about animal welfare and even got the chance to work at The Museum of Zoology of the University of São Paulo, and the Natural History Museum in Rotterdam!
But when it came to it, there was just something missing. When I was 8 years old, Alex, our family cat passed away from complications related to his food, and since then, I knew somehow that was going to influence the way I saw responsible pet ownership. After all, what does that mean?

And that is what I am here to help you with! Every pet has different nutritional needs, and an optimal diet is the first step to achieving an optimal lifestyle.
